1. What is Vendetta Style?
Vendetta Style is a Lebanese family-run boutique founded in 2018. We specialize in rental evening dresses and a curated line of affordable dresses for purchase. Each piece is carefully hand-picked for its uniqueness and limited availability, bringing timeless elegance right to your doorstep.
2. What is the difference between rental dresses and dresses for sale?
Rental dresses allow you to enjoy high-end gowns for special occasions at just a fraction of the cost. Our sub-brand, Diva by VS, offers a selection of new, unworn dresses for customers who prefer to own their piece outright, at stylish yet affordable prices.
3. What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, by appointment only. The boutique is closed on Sundays.
4. Where is the boutique located?
Our boutique is located in Jal El Dib, Geryes Naoum Street. You can easily find us by following our Google Maps location
5. Do I have to register online to rent?
No registration is required. You can book your preferred dresses directly online. However, you will be asked to complete a short contact form so we can confirm your booking and keep you updated about your appointment.
6. What is your price range?
At Vendetta Style, our concept is to deliver exceptional quality at affordable prices. Rental dresses start from $45 and go up to $280, giving you access to luxury for less. Our Diva by Vendetta collection of new dresses for sale is designed for young, modern women who want to shine at every occasion, with styles priced at under $100.
Rent & Fitting
1. Can I try on the dress before I rent?
Of course! You have two options: book our Try-at-Home service and try up to 5 dresses in the comfort of your home, or schedule a fitting appointment in our showroom through our website or app.
2. How long can I rent a dress?
Our standard rental period is 3 to 4 days, including delivery and return. Extensions may be possible depending on availability, with an additional fee.
3. What are the delivery terms for rental dresses?
We provide delivery to your address and pick-up after your event. If you cannot return the dress yourself, we’ll handle it. Extra delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
4. What if the dress is damaged or stained?
We understand accidents happen. Light wear and minor stains are covered as part of our free cleaning. For significant damage (tears, deep stains), a repair fee may apply. If the dress is irreparably damaged, the renter is responsible for covering the full cost.
5. Can I cancel or change my rental booking date?
Yes. You can cancel anytime, but please note the deposit is non-refundable. You can change your booking for free up to 1 month before your scheduled date, subject to availability. Changes requested less than a month before may incur a fee.
6. Can I change my rental dress after booking?
Yes, you may switch to another dress for free up to 1 month before your event date. If the change is requested within a month of the event, a fee will apply.
7. Are the dresses cleaned before I receive them?
Always. All dresses are professionally cleaned and steamed before and after each rental. Please note that some delicate fabrics may crease easily in transit. If your dress arrives with slight creases, contact us for steaming advice.
8. When should I reserve my dress?
You can reserve a dress up to 10 months in advance. However, we recommend booking around 3 months before your event and scheduling a fitting 1 week prior. Your dress will be delivered 1 day before your event.
9. How many times has the dress been rented before me?
We cannot disclose the number of rentals per dress. However, we guarantee that every dress is delivered in excellent condition, as if it were brand new.
10. What happens if I damage the dress?
Accidents happen. Each dress is inspected upon return, and repair fees are applied depending on the damage. If the dress is beyond repair, the renter will be required to cover the full retail cost of the dress.
11. Can I keep or purchase a dress?
Most of our dresses are for rent only, but we can inquire with the supplier if a particular piece is available for purchase. You can also explore our Diva by Vendetta Style collection, which offers new, affordable dresses for sale.
12. Can I take the dress with me if I travel?
Yes, you may travel with your rented dress. Additional rental days will be charged at a reasonable daily rate, depending on the length of your trip.
Dresses For Sale
1. Can I purchase dresses outright?
Absolutely! Our sub-brand Diva by Vendetta features a curated selection of new, unworn dresses at accessible prices. While rental dresses are generally not for sale, customers interested in purchasing a piece from the rental collection may contact us to check availability. If requested at least 3 months before the booking date, we may be able to accommodate your request.
2. Is delivery included for purchased dresses?
Yes, we provide delivery for all sold dresses, with shipping fees varying depending on your location.
3. What is your return or exchange policy for purchased dresses?
This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to new, unworn dresses from our Diva by Vendetta collection. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and items must be returned or exchanged in store, in their original condition with tags attached.
Try-at-Home VIP Service
1. What is the Try-at-Home service?
Our Try-at-Home service lets you select up to 5 dresses, and we’ll add up to 3 extra options for size verification. On your chosen date, our private butler will deliver them directly to your home so you can try them on in complete comfort and privacy.
2. How do I use Try-at-Home?
It’s simple:
- Add up to 5 dresses to your cart.
- Choose “Try-at-Home” instead of “Book Fitting Appointment.”
- Fill out the booking form and select your delivery date.
- Our private butler brings the dresses to you, and you enjoy your personal fitting experience.
3. How much time do I have to try on the dresses?
Our butler will wait up to 1 hour while you try on your selected dresses.
4. What happens if I don’t like any of the dresses?
No worries,you’ll only pay a service fee of $20–$30, depending on your location.
5. Can I book more than one Try-at-Home appointment?
Yes, you may book multiple appointments as long as the dresses are available. Each booking is subject to the standard service fee.
Orders, Payment & Policies
1. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept cash payments and Whish wallet transfers.
2. Is a deposit required for rentals?
Yes. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit cannot be transferred to another dress unless specifically approved by Vendetta Style. Please refer to our rental policies for full details.
3. When do I pay for delivery, service fees, or rental fees?
Payment is processed at the time of booking or order confirmation.
- For rentals delivered to your location, the full amount of the dress must be settled before delivery (cash or Whish wallet).
- For Try-at-Home appointments, the service fee (between $20–$30, depending on location) is always charged, regardless of whether you choose a dress, and can be paid directly to the butler.
4. What if the dress I ordered is no longer available?
In the rare event that your selected dress becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately to propose alternative options or issue a full refund.
